James is in charge of various financial duties and works daily with his team and the company as a whole to find ways to deliver Metro Courier services effectively.

James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

When James isn’t entering numbers and brainstorming at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two dogs, Bullet and Sophie. He looks forward to the evenings, where he and his family engage in cooking and watching “Friends” together. He also likes to play golf and softball, and enjoys weekend trips to the lake and Colorado when possible.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve seen or delivered at Metro?

Once we received a call from the Kansas City Zoo with a request to rush tiger blood from the Wichita Sedgwick County Zoo to a sick tiger in Kansas City.

I am an Eagle Scout.

How do you feel about putting pineapple on pizza?

Oddly enough, I’m OK with it.

If you could meet any living person for a chat over a shared dinner, who would you pick and why?

Charles Koch and his family for the opportunities they have shown our family and our community my entire life.

Have you ever walked out of a theatre because of a bad movie?

No, but once my wife and I fell asleep and the usher had to wake us up at the end of the movie. We laughed all the way to the car.

If you could only dip your chicken tenders in one sauce for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Wing sauce.
